Introduction
Before proceeding, you must have the Secure Authenticate application installed and configured on your smartphone. If you do not, contact your supervisor.

Select Sharp Healthcare

Locate the email with the title "Your new Affiliate user"

Enter your Sharp Username
-
Enter your Sharp Temporary Password

Select This is a private computer
-
Click Submit
-
Complete the SecurAuth Authentication

Click Submit
-

Click Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows
-
Once the download is complete:

Click the Show in folder icon
-
Double-click CitrixWorkspaceApp
-

User Account Control will ask for permission:

Click Yes
-
The Citrix installer will take a moment to launch.

The Citrix Workspace app installer will appear:

Click Continue
-
Click I Agree
-
Click Continue
-
Once the installation is complete:

Close the Citrix Workspace app

You may be prompted to login with your Sharp credentials and authenticate with SecureAuth.

Complete the Assigned Courses

Expand the Course Lessons

Download the Course Recourses

Watch the Lesson Recordings

You need to follow along with the video lessons using the Epic Playground

Click Access Playground Environment

Click Detect Citrix Workspace app

Click Already Installed

Select EUT Playground Hyperspace

Click Open
-
When the download is complete:

Click the Open in folder icon

Double-click the download

Use the default Environment

Click OK
