When there is 5 minutes or less left in your shift, you must change your Status to "Away - End of Shift". If you are currently on a phone call or sitting idle, this is required.

To clock out for the day:

Click on your Agent Status Icon

Select Away
-
Select End of Shift

Click Logout
-
You will be clocked-out once you click Logout.

Do not log out while your are on a phone call or while you still have ACW (After Call Work). Complete the call and ACW, then click Logout.
