  1. When there is 5 minutes or less left in your shift, you must change your Status to "Away - End of Shift".  If you are currently on a phone call or sitting idle, this is required.
    • When there is 5 minutes or less left in your shift, you must change your Status to "Away - End of Shift". If you are currently on a phone call or sitting idle, this is required.

    • To clock out for the day:

    • Click on your Agent Status Icon

  2. Select Away Select End of Shift
    • Select Away

    • Select End of Shift

    • Click Logout

    • You will be clocked-out once you click Logout.

    • Do not log out while your are on a phone call or while you still have ACW (After Call Work). Complete the call and ACW, then click Logout.
