  1. Give your game a Name
    • Give your game a Name

    • Select the Folder to save the game

    • To create a new folder, type directly into the field.

    • Select Automatically join players

    • Click + Add Participants

  2. Expand Employee Group(s)
    • Expand Employee Group(s)

    • Select Team or Agent

    • Select the Team(s) or Agent(s) to add

    • Click Add

  3. The Team(s) or Agent(s) assigned to the game will appear in the far right column.
    • The Team(s) or Agent(s) assigned to the game will appear in the far right column.

    • Click Assign

  4. To assign a Metric to the game: Click + Metric
    • To assign a Metric to the game:

    • Click + Metric

    • Review the list of Metrics (KPI's) available.

    • Select the Metric

  5. In this example the goal is to reach or exceed 10 Calls Per Hour.  Each Bullseye will have a coin reward. ( 500 Coins for 5-7.99 CPH / 1000 Coins for 7-9.99 CPH / 2000 Coins for 10+ CPH)   The first Bullseye is the objective.  Define the remaining Bullseyes in descending order. Define the Bullseye Target

    • Enter the Coin Reward

    • Select the Badge to award

    • Click + Add Another Ring

    • Repeat this step to define the remaining Bullseyes.

  6. Select the Game Interval
    • Select the Game Interval

    • The Game Interval defines how often the game will restart.

    • Select the Start Date

    • Games start the following day at 1am.

    • If you would like the game to continue without an end date:

    • Select Ongoing

  7. Click Save Your screen will return to the list of games in the Command Center.
    • Click Save

    • Your screen will return to the list of games in the Command Center.

    • Expand the Folder you saved the game

    • For a snapshot of the game:

    • Hover your mouse over the game
