  1. Go to Agent Workspace
    • Go to Agent Workspace

    • Click Settings

  2. Select Prepopulate queue field with last used queue
    • Select Prepopulate queue field with last used queue

  3. When making an outbound call, the last queue that you used will remain in the On-behalf of field.
    • When making an outbound call, the last queue that you used will remain in the On-behalf of field.

    • To quickly move to the number / contact field:

    • Press Tab ⇥ on your keyboard

    • CLICK HERE to Make an Outbound Call
