Going On Queue will make you eligible to receive phone calls.

When your are Off Queue you will not receive calls from the queue. Even if your Status is Available, you cannot receive calls from the queue while Off Queue.

Click Off Queue

To stop receiving calls:

Click On Queue

Your phone is set to auto-answer. In bound calls will be picked up automatically.
