Introduction

After completing an Out of Network ER Notification, you may need to identify the Case Manager.

  1. While in your Sharp VDI:
    • While in your Sharp VDI:

    • Go to sharpnet.sharp.com

    • Scroll down

  2. From the bottom of the page:

    • Select OONWA

  3. Select Resources
    • Select Resources

  4. Select On Call Schedules
    • Select On Call Schedules

  5. Choose the CM (Case Manager) On Call Schedule Example Schedule.
    • Choose the CM (Case Manager) On Call Schedule

    • Example Schedule.
