  1. In order to dial out, you must enter 81 before the ten digit phone number. Example: 817145832100

    • Notice that 81 is added to (714)583-2100. No other symbols or spaces are needed.

    • Enter the phone number in the Search or Dial field

    • Click Make call

    • Only when making your first outbound call, Windows Defender will prompt you to allow access.
