If you are using a 3rd party email application, be sure to remove any signature that is added by the application. It is normal if you do not see your T2 signature in a 3rd party mail application.

If you are using a 3rd party email application your signature will be added after you send the message.

When composing an email using the Outlook mobile app, your signature will be automatically added to your message.
