Performing a 3-Way Call

While on a call with a patient:

Click Consult/Transfer

Enter the Organization and description or 10 digit phone number

If you are choosing an organization from the contact list:

Select the External Contact

Click Consult

To speak to both parties:

Click the Red Pause

Both pause symbols will be grey when you have both parties on the line.
