  3. If you are choosing an organization from the contact list:

    • Select the External Contact

  4. Click Consult
    • Click Consult

  5. To speak to both parties:
    • To speak to both parties:

    • Click the Red Pause

    • Both pause symbols will be grey when you have both parties on the line.

    • CLICK HERE to Transfer a Call
