    • Click Call

    • The Call button will not appear if the mouse is not hovering in the grey area.

    • If you are assigned multiple skills:

    • Select the necessary Outbound Skill

    • Click Call

  6. To transfer all participants of the call to a specific member:

    • To transfer all participants of the call to a specific member:

    • Click Transfer

    • Your line will disconnect and all participants of the call will be conferenced with the remaining members.
