While on a call with a patient:

Click Consult

Enter the Ten Digit Phone Number of the next participant

Click Consult

Once you have consulted with the third member of the call:
-
Click Start Conference

To bring a fourth member to the call, the current call must be put on hold.

Click Hold
-

To bring a fourth member onto the call:
-
Click Calls
-
-
-
The original participants will be on hold in the Agent Workspace.

Click Start a new call
-

Enter the Ten Digit Phone Number of the next participant

Click the Call button
-
-

Once you have consulted with the fourth member and are ready to add them to the conference on hold:

Click the Call Options button
-
Click Merge
-
-
-
Click Agent Workspace
-
-
-
To take the conference off hold:
-
Click Resume
-
-
-
Once you have consulted all parties and are ready to disconnect:
-
Click Conference
-
Click Hang Up from the participant list
