  1. Click the Applications Dial Pad

  2. Select Schedule Manager
    • Select Schedule Manager

    • Click the Filter Button

  3. Select the Team(s)
    • Select the Team(s)

  4. Select the Date
    • Select the Date

    • Dates with a schedule posted will have a yellow dot.

  5. For the schedule to match your time zone:

    • Select your Time Zone

  6. To move any activity:

    • Click and drag the activity

    • To add an activity such as sick or bereavement:

    • Click the agent's schedule

    • Click Add Activity

  7. Select the Activity

    • Choose the Start and End Times

    • Add Comments

    • Click Create

  8. To save the changes:
