  1. Right-click the Start button in the taskbar

    • Right-click the Start button in the taskbar

    • Click System

  2. Click Rename this PC

    • Click Rename this PC

  3. The PC name needs to be changed to your firstname-lastname

    • The PC name needs to be changed to your firstname-lastname

    • Enter the PC Name

    • Example: lance-long

    • Click Next

  4. The PC name will be changed once you restart your computer.
