    • In the Max agent:

    • Click New

  2. Type the 10 (Ten) digit phone number

    • Type the 10 (Ten) digit phone number

    • Hover your mouse in grey area

    • Click Call

    • The Call button will not appear if the mouse is not hovering in the grey area.

  3. Once the call is connected the call controls will appear. CLICK HERE to Transfer a Call
