You must download and install the Citrix receiver.

To download the Citrix receiver:

Click HERE

A Download Prompt will appear at the bottom of your screen

Click Run

A User Account Control prompt will appear.

Click Yes

The Citrix Receiver installer will appear.

Click Start

Review and Accept the license agreement

Click Install

Click Finish

Go back to the Physician Access page.

Click Access the Waterbury Hospital Network

A new tab will appear.

Enter your Waterbury Username and Password

Accept the Terms & Conditions

Click Log On

Your Waterbury Hospital Dashboard will appear.
